Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • Feeling lost or disconnected from yourself or community.

  • Struggling with overwhelming emotions and anxiety.

  • Longing for a deeper connection to your wise and loving ancestors.

  • Seeking a supportive space to explore your grief and loss.

If so, you are not alone. I believe in the power of walking alongside one another on the journey of being and becoming.

On Being and Becoming

We are social creatures, meant to walk alongside each other in both joy and pain. Together in the therapeutic space, we can explore your unique strengths, challenges, and the burdens you carry, creating a collaborative path toward healing and self-discovery.

My clinical work centers on grief counseling, ancestral healing, and trauma support. By understanding our place in the natural world, leaning into somatic safety, and connecting with our lineages, we can process deep hardships and cultivate holistic well-being.

Utilizing contemporary science and contemplative wisdom, my therapeutic approach integrates an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Expressive Arts Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

HELLO, I’M TAYLOR.

AND I AM SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE.

I am a psychotherapist (LPC-IT) dedicated to supporting healing, self-discovery, and true belonging. Having personally experienced deep loss and grief, I understand the transformative power of compassionate witnessing and ancestral wisdom. I am honored to support individuals in navigating life's challenges and finding meaning in even the darkest of times.

My Approach

  • Animist Psychology

Animist psychology is a framework that views the world through a lens of interconnectedness and Earth-honoring spirituality. It suggests that humans are not separate from the natural world but are deeply intertwined with it. This approach honors the inherent value and agency of all beings, utilizing ritual, natural connection, and storytelling to foster a deep sense of belonging.

  • Grief Tending

Grief tending is the much-needed medicine of our times. When we create spaces for our grief to be witnessed and welcomed, we allow it to move, expanding our capacity to feel love, connection, presence, and belonging. We are not meant to heal or grieve alone. I am deeply passionate about cultivating gentle, trauma-informed spaces where grief can be held in community.

  • Ancestral Connection

We are interconnected with those who came before us. Exploring your ancestral lineage can provide profound insights into your identity, purpose, and the unique intergenerational gifts and challenges you carry. This holistic framework honors relationship-building with our ancestors, fostering deep empowerment and a grounded sense of place.

No-Coming and No-Going

This body is not me. I am not limited by this body, I am life without boundaries. I have never been born, and I have never died. Look at the ocean and the sky filled with stars, manifestations from my wondrous true mind. Since before time, I have been free. Birth and death are only doors through which we pass, sacred thresholds on our journey. Birth and death are a game of hide-and-seek. So laugh with me, hold my hand, let us say goodbye, say goodbye to meet again soon. We meet today. We will meet again tomorrow. We will meet at the source every moment. We meet each other in all forms of life.

— Thich Nhat Hanh

Because we cannot heal without each other.
